During this period, Leslie enhanced her skills by studying music at Instituto CanZion, with a focus on vocal technique and musical composition.

In 2019, Leslie moved to Canada, where she quickly became an active participant in the local music scene. She gained recognition through competitions such as Open Mic Canada, Vibrant Brampton Talent Hunt VStar, and the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS). In 2022, Vibrant Brampton ACISA invited her to perform at their Annual Music Festival at Garden Square in Brampton. Leslie has also performed for two consecutive years at the annual ItalFest music festival in Mississauga/Toronto and has taken part in Canada Day celebrations at parks and malls in Toronto.

Currently, Leslie is pursuing a specialization in music at the University of Guelph. This year, she released several new songs, including her latest single, “Yo Quiero Amarte,” available on all major streaming platforms.
